Job summary

Coty is seeking a Road Transport Transformation Manager to shape the future of our road transport network on a global scale. You will lead strategic initiatives that improve cost, service, and sustainability while driving digitalization and standardized processes across Coty's transport organization.

You will partner with IT and the Transport Community of Practice to deploy AI-enabled solutions, develop business cases, and present outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Transport or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in road transport, ideally within a multinational company, logistics provider or transport organization.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead global initiatives that transform road transport cost, service, efficiency and sustainability.

Supply Chain / Global Transport

The Road Transport Transformation Manager is a global strategic role focused on shaping the future of Coty's road transport network. Rather than managing daily transport operations, you will drive large-scale improvements that make our network more efficient, resilient, sustainable and digitally enabled. Through transformation initiatives, network optimization and innovation, you will help create the transport capabilities needed to support Coty's future growth.

The role

As our Road Transport Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that transform how road transport is managed across Coty. You will drive performance improvements, strengthen transport capabilities, accelerate digitalization and sustainability, and support the transition towards a more standardized, data-driven and future-ready transport organization.

You will be reporting to the Global Transport Operations Director, and you will manage:

Transport Transformation & Performance

• Lead global initiatives that improve transport cost, service, efficiency and sustainability.
• Establish performance frameworks, KPIs and governance that enable data-driven decision making.
• Develop business cases, action plans and recommendations, presenting outcomes and progress to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize and optimize road transport processes.

Network Design & Future Capabilities

• Design and optimize road transport networks to improve resilience, scalability and long-term capacity.
• Develop new capabilities and operating models aligned with Coty's supply chain strategy, including DTC and intermodal solutions.
• Drive transport sustainability initiatives, including decarbonization, alternative fuels and modal shift opportunities.
• Improve customer service and cost-to-serve through smarter transport network design and collaboration.

Digitalization & Strategic Partnerships

• Lead transport transformation projects from concept through implementation.
• Partner with IT and the Transport Community of Practice to deploy digital, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strengthen carrier and logistics service provider management through standardized processes and governance.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives, RFQs and supplier selection decisions to secure the best long-term transport solutions.

As a strategic, analytical and digitally minded transport professional, you thrive in a fast-paced and international environment. You are proactive, structured and comfortable leading projects across multiple stakeholders and functions.

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Transport or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in road transport, ideally within a multinational company, logistics provider or transport organization.
• Good understanding of road transport operations and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Skilled in working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Proficiency in working with Power BI.
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, data visualization and digital process improvement.
• Experience leading projects and influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
