Job summary

Coty is seeking a Road Transport Transformation Manager to shape the future of our road transport network on a global scale. You will lead strategic initiatives that improve cost, service, and sustainability while driving digitalization and standardized processes across Coty's transport organization.

You will partner with IT and the Transport Community of Practice to deploy AI-enabled solutions, develop business cases, and present outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Transport or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in road transport, ideally within a multinational company, logistics provider or transport organization.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead global initiatives that transform road transport cost, service, efficiency and sustainability.
• Establish performance frameworks, KPIs and governance for data-driven decisions.
• Design and optimize road transport networks to improve resilience and capacity.
• Drive digitalization, AI-enabled solutions and supplier management for transport.
• Support strategic sourcing and RFQ processes for long-term transport solutions.
