Job summary

Coty is seeking a proactive intern to join the In-Store Excellence team in Amsterdam, focusing on Prestige merchandising and cross-functional collaboration across EDM and Benelux markets.

You will support planograms, visuals, and in-store execution (80%), while also aiding trade marketing activities (20%), with exposure to international markets and multiple stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Agencies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor or Master program in Business, Marketing or a similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Prestige Merchandising Support for ~80%: assist in permanent merchandising projects, track timelines and approvals.
• Supplier & Agency Coordination: coordinate with suppliers, distributors and agencies; prepare meeting agendas and follow-ups.
• In-store Execution: assist planogram briefing creation, check planograms/artworks against guidelines, create assortment lists; translate materials into Dutch.
• Trade Marketing Support ~20%: maintain IN/OUT lists and trackers; support PO/invoice tracking; prepare PPTs for meetings and updates; ensure data accuracy.
• Ad-hoc Support: artwork adaptations, product ordering (NRO), packaging prep and day-to-day team tasks.

Coty is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join the In-Store Excellence team in the Amsterdam Hub, with a Prestige focus across EDM and BNL.

In this role, you will primarily support the Prestige merchandising agenda (approx. 80%), working closely with In-Store Managers on planograms, visuals, and in-store execution. In parallel, you will provide operational support to Trade Marketing activities (approx. 20%), ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects across EDM and Benelux markets.

You will work closely with several stakeholders across the organization, supporting merchandising execution, preparing materials, and ensuring that in-store projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

This internship offers hands‑on experience in merchandising operations, trade marketing, and cross‑functional collaboration in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Prestige Merchandising Support (≈80%)

• Support execution of permanent merchandising projects across selected brands
• Assist in tracking timelines, inputs and approvals

Supplier & Agency Coordination

• Support coordination with suppliers, distributors and agencies
• Prepare meeting agendas and follow-up on actions

In‑store Execution

• Support Service Rounds preparation and follow‑up
• Assist in planogram briefing creation (PPTs)
• Check planograms and artworks against guidelines
• Create assortment lists per planogram
• Support translation of materials into Dutch

Trade Marketing Support (≈20%)

• Maintain and update IN/OUT lists and trackers
• Support PO/invoice tracking and documentation
• Prepare PPTs for meetings and internal updates
• Review documents and ensure data accuracy
• Follow up on notification forms

Ad‑hoc Support

• Support artwork adaptations if needed
• Assist in product ordering (NRO process)
• Handle package preparation and shipping
• Support the team on day‑to‑day tasks

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
