Job summary

Gazelle Global in Utrecht is seeking an experienced Road Manager Security to lead and deliver strategic cyber security initiatives across a large enterprise. This senior, hands-on role takes security programs from concept and business case through to implementation, adoption and operational handover.

You will work across SOC, Vulnerability Management, Security Testing, Detection Engineering, Threat Management, Risk & Compliance and IAM, developing multi-year roadmaps and translating strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project, programme or portfolio management experience.
• Proven delivery of large-scale cyber security programmes or transformations.
• Experience within large and highly regulated organisations.
• Strong senior stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Strong understanding of Security Operations / SOC.
• Vulnerability Management.
• Security Testing.
• Detection Engineering.
• Threat Management.
• Risk & Compliance.
• Identity & Access Management.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive multi-year cyber security roadmaps
• Translate security strategy into concrete initiatives, milestones and measurable outcomes
• Lead multiple concurrent security programmes from concept through implementation
• Manage governance, risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery performance
• Align senior leadership, business stakeholders, architects, product owners and technical teams
• Provide clear reporting and strategic updates to senior management
• Identify and remove delivery blockers
• Drive initiatives through to successful operational adoption
• Support improvements to the organisation's overall cyber security posture
