Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX Company, is seeking an RMA Service Operator to support the full return and repair process for technology products. You will work with customers, vendors, and colleagues to ensure efficient processing, repairs, and returns while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

You should be fluent in Dutch and English, with keen attention to detail, accuracy, and strong administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and administrative tasks.
• A proactive team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in RMA, service operations, logistics, or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Reach truck certificate is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process RMA and repair requests from start to finish.
• Verify warranty status and obtain vendor approvals.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate quotes to customers.
• Track RMA cases and maintain accurate records.
• Provide updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Receive, inspect, pick, pack, and ship products.
• Support warehouse and logistics activities as required.

Job Purpose
