Job summary

訊凱國際 Cooler Master Co., Ltd. Eindhoven site is seeking a hands-on technician to inspect, repair, and validate returned products (RMA). You will diagnose mechanical and thermal issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure repairs meet stringent quality standards.

You will document findings, use diagnostic tools, and coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to drive corrective actions. A practical background in mechanical/electronic systems and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in RMA, product repair, troubleshooting, or similar hands-on role.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, thermal solutions, or cooling systems preferred.
• Familiar with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and basic QC processes.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in data center, server, or electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of returned products (RMA).
• Diagnose mechanical and thermal issues and identify root causes.
• Repair, test, and validate returned products to meet quality standards.
• Document inspection results, repair activities, and test findings accurately.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve product issues and follow up on corrective actions.
