Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced repair and maintenance of the company's products, including component- and board-level troubleshooting and repair.
• Analyze and summarize repair cases, prepare repair training materials, and provide guidance on troubleshooting and optimization of repair processes.
• Conduct failure analysis of defective PCBs and mechanical components and propose recommendations for product quality improvement.
• Collaborate with HQ R&D to identify and analyze product issues and drive quality improvements.
• Organize and deliver regular training sessions on repair of new products to enhance the repair team's skills.

Job Descriptions:

• Perform advanced repair and maintenance of the company's products, including component- and board-level troubleshooting and repair, ensuring timely and effective resolution of equipment failures.
• Analyze and summarize repair cases, prepare repair training materials, and provide guidance on troubleshooting and optimization of repair processes.
• Conduct failure analysis of defective PCBs and mechanical components and propose recommendations for product quality improvement.
• Collaborate with the HQ R&D team to identify, troubleshoot, and analyze product issues, contributing to continuous product quality improvement and higher customer complaint resolution rates.
• Organize and deliver regular training sessions on the repair of new products to enhance the technical skills of the repair team.

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital circuit analysis, with the ability to diagnose and analyze electronic circuit and component failures.
• Electronic repair experience is preferred (not required). Proficient in using soldering irons, hot air rework stations, oscilloscopes, and other electronic repair tools. Familiar with electronic components and soldering techniques.
• Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to developing technical skills are highly valued.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare technical documentation and training materials. Experience in data analysis is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
