Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital circuit analysis and diagnosing electronic circuit/component failures.
• Experience with electronic repair tools and soldering techniques.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to prepare technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced repair and maintenance of the company's products, including component- and board-level troubleshooting and repair.
• Analyze and summarize repair cases, prepare repair training materials, and provide guidance on troubleshooting and optimization of repair processes.
• Conduct failure analysis of defective PCBs and mechanical components and propose recommendations for product quality improvement.
• Collaborate with HQ R&D to identify and analyze product issues and drive quality improvements.
• Organize and deliver regular training sessions on repair of new products to enhance the repair team's skills.
