We ARE Renewables is looking for an Interim RF Engineer for one of our clients in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the detailed planning of the LTE-M radio network;
• Determining the optimal locations for radio sites in collaboration with site acquirers;
• Delivery of detailed radio plans per site;
• Responsible for the radio technical acceptance of the sites;
• Performing field measurements where necessary to resolve complex interference and technical issues;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and correct implementation of the radio network;
• Maintaining high standards for the quality, safety, and operational efficiency of the telecom network;
• Contribute to the telecom rollout process by providing insight into the feasibility and technical requirements of locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a radio planner & analyst;
• Experience with independently performing field measurements, analyses, and optimizations;
• HBO working and thinking level;
• Broad knowledge of and experience with mobile telecom networks (LTE-M, 4G, etc.);
• In possession of a VCA certificate;
• Excellent command of Dutch (written and spoken);
• Organized, quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and accurate;
• Result-oriented, adaptable, and organizationally aware.
