Job summary

Under Armour Roermond is seeking a Sales Keyholder, FT (38 hours), to act as the right hand to store leaders, drive sales, coach teammates and maintain store standards.

You will lead energy on shift, support in achieving KPI targets, manage loss prevention, and provide product knowledge across a wide portfolio of technical products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledgeable of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, safety and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
• Drive sales and KPI target achievement.
