Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (or 18 in certain locations)
• Able to maneuver around store, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills; ability to perform essential functions
• Able to stand, bend, reach, and operate POS systems and devices

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest appropriate apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge and enthusiasm about products
• Keep the store stocked, organized and clean
• Assist with front and back of store tasks including POS and payments
• Deliver omni‑channel requests through digital experiences
• Work collaboratively within the team in a fast-paced environment
• Educate customers about the Rewards program and loyalty benefits
