Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California).
• Able to move on sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest suitable apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge and features.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist at POS.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate well within a team and meet deadlines.
