Job summary

Under Armour, Inc in Roermond is seeking a Sales Associate, part-time (32 hours per week) to join our brand team. As the face of the brand, you will deliver standout experiences, drive sales, and keep the store looking sharp.

Qualifications

• To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:
• Minimum age 16 (or 18 where required)
• Able to move around the sales floor and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld devices)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share product knowledge and recommendations with shoppers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Handle front and back of store tasks including POS and payments
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Collaborate well within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate ability to work in a deadline-driven setting
• Promote loyalty by explaining the Rewards program
• Be accountable for self-development and growth
• Fulfill scheduled hours according to Under Armour's attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
