Job summary

Nike Rotterdam is seeking an Athlete to deliver premium consumer experience by understanding customer needs and presenting Nike products and services. You will also play a key role in driving commercial success by supporting back-of-house operations and maintaining an inspiring sales floor.

Responsibilities include connecting customers with the right products, assisting with the cash register, stock, and visual merchandising, and training entry-level teammates for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a passion for customer service.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work various hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium consumer experience by understanding customer needs and offering Nike products and services.
• Operate cash register and support shipping/receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
• Be a reliable product knowledge resource for customers and new teammates.
• Support Leads and Managers in training entry-level teammates for smooth daily operations.
• Contribute to loss prevention through proactive customer engagement.
• Build positive relationships with customers and teammates to foster an inclusive work environment.
