Job summary

Nike Rotterdam is seeking an Athlete to deliver premium customer service and drive store performance. You will connect customers with the right Nike products and support back-of-house and floor operations to maintain an inspiring sales environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail or customer service, a passion for the Nike brand, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. You will collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong and effective communication abilities across customers and teammates.
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, reach and climb ladders for extended periods.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Team-oriented, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• One+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work a variety of retail hours including evenings and weekends.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the Nike brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium consumer experience through product knowledge and service.
• Assist with cash register, shipping/receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
• Be a resource on Nike products and brand for customers and new staff.
• Support leads and managers in training and daily operations.
• Contribute to loss prevention through proactive engagement with customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers and teammates to foster an inclusive environment.
