Job summary

Bridgestone Rotterdam is seeking a Retail Account Manager to implement and develop the Retail Network while supporting the Partner’s profitability through services, sales, marketing and excellent customer service at their points of sale. You will recruit and develop a network of maintenance and repair centres and collaborate with marketing and procurement to execute effective strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or Management Engineering preferred.
• Experience in retail, business development or key account strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of B2B, automotive and tyre business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recruit high-quality Partners to expand the retail network.
• Drive business development by balancing recruitment with support for existing Partners.
• Build strong relationships with Partners to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Grow sales and revenue by identifying trends and optimizing procurement at POS.
• Promote centralized procurement to maximize supplier rebates.
• Act as the link between centralized programs and Partners to drive adoption.
