Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure strong customer experiences and daily sales performance. You will coach the team, open/close operations, and manage POS transactions while maintaining visual standards.

The role requires 1 year retail experience (preferred), and CEFR B2 English and Dutch. It offers part-time hours (minimum 24 per week) with peak-time flexibility, and a competitive benefits package with

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Retail experience of 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/managerial experience required.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch required.
