Job summary

Just Brands - Fashion & Retail is looking for a Financial Administrator Retail in the Amsterdam area. You will support the day-to-day financial administration across store invoicing, bank transactions and month-end closing. The role involves close cooperation with stores and other departments to maintain accurate financial data.

You should have a relevant finance degree, at least 2 years of experience, and strong accounting knowledge. Dutch and English fluency are required, German is a plus.

Qualifications

• MBO or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial administration, accounting or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with invoice processing, expenses, GL administration and bank reconciliations.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems; MS Excel skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded correctly.
• Process invoices, expenses, receipts and payments; handle store cash records.
• Support month-end closing and reporting; prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with stores and other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
• Keep financial systems up-to-date and support system improvements.
