Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Retail Developer to drive sell-out performance across a network of stores and to enhance client experiences within the Retail team. Your Impact

Within the Retail team, the Retail Developer is responsible for driving sell-out performance and enhancing the client experience across a network of multibrand stores (approximately 30 stores).

This role is crucial in strengthening Dior’s market presence, optimizing retail performance, and ensuring excellence in execution across all points of sale.

The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Training, and Retail Partners.

Job responsibilities

Day-to-Day Missions

• Drive Business Performance (70%)
• Drive direct sell-out performance through strong field presence
• Conduct close follow-up of regional performance by cluster, store, and product category
• Develop and implement strategic action plans to boost sell-out
• Monitor product assortment, testers, and sampling usage
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends

Develop Retail Network Performance (30%)

• Indirectly manage store performance, focusing on top stores (clusters 1, 2 & 3)
• Build regional planning and priorities
• Follow up on trade marketing activations per chain

Engage Store Teams

• Motivate and inspire store teams to deliver excellence
• Deliver product and sales training sessions
• Present new product launches and initiatives
• Ensure merchandising is aligned with Dior guidelines

Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experience

• Ensure Dior selling ceremony is implemented in stores
• Develop loyalty through strong relationships with top clients
• Drive cross-selling and productivity
• Deliver expert beauty services

Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in retail or commercial roles
