Your Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional Service: Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, creating meaningful experiences that reflect Aesop's values and commitment to thoughtful service.
• Expert Advice: Conduct personalized consultations across skincare, haircare, body care, and fragrance to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions and routines.
• Retail Performance: Contribute to individual and store KPIs through authentic customer engagement, proactive product recommendations, and the development of long‑term customer relationships.
• Brand Storytelling: Act as a true Aesop ambassador, confidently sharing the philosophy, history, and unique qualities of our formulations while bringing the brand to life through every interaction.

• Merchandising Excellence: Ensure the store consistently reflects Aesop's visual merchandising and presentation standards, maintaining an inviting, organized, and detail‑oriented environment.
• Stock Management: Support stock replenishment, inventory counts, delivery processing, and stock accuracy to ensure strong product availability and smooth daily operations.
• Tester & Hygiene Standards: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for products, testers, tools, and customer‑facing spaces, ensuring a safe and elevated experience for every visitor.

• The ability to speak Dutch is considered a plus. A good command of English is required, and additional languages are an advantage given the international nature of our customer base.
• A strong interest in skincare, fragrance, and wellbeing, with a willingness to continuously develop product and brand knowledge.
• Experience in consultation‑based selling is highly valued.
