Job summary

FTI Consulting (Netherlands) B.V. is seeking a motivated associate in its Restructuring practice. You will assist in delivering restructuring advisory or self-directed Business Reviews, analyze drivers of performance and help develop viable plans.

You will interact with clients directly, interpret complex data, and contribute to market research and pitch preparation while mentoring junior colleagues. The role offers a flexible/hybrid working arrangement, exposure to international assignments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the delivery of core restructuring advisory or self-directed Business Reviews (IBRs).
• Assessing fundamental drivers of the business, variances and underperformance.
• Help establish viability and optimal strategy for a business.
• Perform complex data studies and interpret results.
• Assist in developing restructuring plans (including WHOA).
• Liaise with clients directly and communicate findings both written and oral.
• Support business development through market intel and pitch materials.
• Mentor juniors and share best practices to aid development.
• Build personal and professional network by attending events.
