Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a Resource Planner to proactively manage resourcing for Audit & Assurance engagements. You will monitor staffing levels, analyze data, and ensure the right people are assigned to the right engagements at the right time.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will execute annual planning, resolve conflicts, and drive data-driven decision making. You’ll advise on processes and systems, helping the practice balance capacity with client demand in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal advisory role with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to challenge using data and maintain client focus.
• Solution oriented with client focus and service orientation.
• HBO/Bachelors degree or equivalent; 4+ years in relevant work; knowledge of audit practice; strong analytical skills; portfolio growth understanding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resourcing levels and staff distribution against budgets and requests.
• Execute the annual plan process with senior stakeholders.
• Resolve shortfalls and planning clashes.
• Create and analyze resourcing data to support decisions.
• Manage resourcing requests and keep data up to date.
• Collaborate on a national level focusing on knowledge management and reporting.
• Advise on processes and systems.
