Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a Resource Planner to support the audit practice by ensuring the right people are aligned with the right engagements. You will analyze resourcing data, monitor levels, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive informed, data-based decisions.

You will also manage requests, maintain data accuracy in the Resourcing system, and contribute to national knowledge management and process improvements across offices in Utrecht, Zwolle, Arnhem and Groningen.

Qualifications

• HBO degree or equivalent; 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Understanding of portfolio growth plans and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
• Solid Excel skills and experience with resourcing systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitoring resourcing levels and staff distribution against engagement budgets.
• Executing the annual plan process with senior stakeholders.
• Resolving planning shortfalls and clashes; managing requests.
• Creating and analyzing resourcing data to support data-based decisions.
• Keeping the Resourcing system up to date with accurate data.
• Collaborating on a national level for knowledge management and reporting.
• Advising on processes and systems to improve efficiency.
