Job summary

The Reporting Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day group reporting processes within the External Reporting Operations team. This role will contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring data quality, reconciliation, and audit readiness. The specialist will work closely with internal teams and external auditors to maintain robust reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare group reporting inputs and assist in data consolidation

• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of data

• Perform SOX checklist activities and maintain relevant documentation

• Support manual journal entries and respond to audit requests

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting alignment

• Identify and escalate discrepancies or inconsistencies in data

Key Qualifications & Experience

Must-have requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting

• Working knowledge of IFRS and experience with ERP systems

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred qualifications:

• Basic understanding of US GAAP

• Experience with applying IFRS or US GAAP in practical scenarios

• Experience with SOX compliance and controls

• Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail

• Accountability and reliability in meeting reporting deadlines

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions

• Structured approach to problem-solving and documentation

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
