Job summary

Caldic B.V. zoekt een gemotiveerde ESG-intern in Rotterdam om bij te dragen aan klimaat- en circulatie-initiatieven en rapportage voor een wereldwijde distributie-activiteiten.

Je werkt aan projectmatige, meetbare verbeteringen in 40+ landen en krijgt hands-on ervaring met data-analyse, ESG-tools en stakeholder-relaties. Een leerzame stage met internationale samenwerking en zakelijke context.

Qualifications

• Momenteel ingeschreven in een bachelor- of masterprogramma in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, business, economics of supply chain.
• Beheersing van analytische vaardigheden en data-interpretatie.
• Interessant in ESG-rapportage en duurzaamheidsvraagstukken.

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen van wereldwijde ESG-initiatieven op gebied van klimaat, circulariteit en toeleveringsketen.
• Bijdragen aan koolstofvoetafdruk, leveranciersbetrokkenheid en ESG-analyses.
• Ontwikkelen en testen van digitale ESG-tools, dashboards en AI-werkflows.
• Voorbereiden van strategische materialen voor leidinggevend overleg en klantbijeenkomsten.
• Ondersteunen van duurzaamheidsrapportages en certificeringen zoals EcoVadis/CDP/SBTi.

Rotterdam Stage Logistiek / Transport / Supply Chain Global ESG Intern Join the Global ESG team to help shape sustainability across climate, circularity, supply chains and reporting for a global distribution business. You will work on hands-on, project-driven initiatives that deliver measurable impact across 40+ countries while gaining experience in carbon footprinting, supplier engagement and ESG disclosures. The role offers practical exposure to digital ESG tools, analytics and AI-enabled workflows to support data-driven decisions. This internship is a chance to build sustainability expertise, commercial awareness and strategic thinking through real projects and international collaboration.

Wat ga jij doen:

• Support global ESG initiatives across climate, circularity, supply chain resilience, responsible sourcing, compliance and reporting
• Contribute to carbon footprinting, supplier engagement, ESG analytics, benchmarking and market intelligence
• Develop and test digital ESG tools, dashboards, AI-enabled workflows and data visualizations to improve decision-making
• Prepare strategic materials for executive leadership, Board and ESG Committee discussions, customer meetings and supplier engagement
• Support sustainability disclosures, ratings and certifications such as EcoVadis, CDP and SBTi and adapt to emerging regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, commercial, supply chain, IT, finance, communications and regional teams to implement ESG actions
