Job summary

Ethos is a remote, expert-network platform seeking vps of privacy to assist in training AI models. You will own DPIAs, review records of processing activities, and draft privacy notices and data-processing agreements while delivering top-notch documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

This flexible, part-time role requires 5–20 hours per week with superb written communication and meticulous attention to detail. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor DPAs.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides across core workflows.
• Own DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Draft and review privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements.
