Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a remote Vacation Planner to coordinate vacation details, review client requests, research packages, and present quotes. You will contact clients to detail quotes, confirm package prices, and enter payment information while keeping data secure.

Responsibilities include collecting client information, verifying spellings, processing deposits and payments, ensuring signed credit card authorization forms, and maintaining updated client records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must have a smart phone &/or computer with reliable internet or wifi access.
• Must be willing to learn and be coachable.
• Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating vacation details and research to find the best package based on client requests.
• Contacting the client to detail the quote and confirm the agreed upon vacation package price.
• Entering payment information and processing deposits and payments.
• Collecting all client information and verifying spellings of names and addresses.
• Ensuring the credit card authorization form is signed and returned prior to releasing travel documents.
• Keeping client contact information updated and participating in ongoing company and vendor training.
