Job summary

Elite Escapes is hiring a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. You will pair destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach, designing custom trips from initial questions to confirmed reservations.

You’ll stay with clients from planning to payment, offering insider tips and timely deals while providing on-trip support and post-trip follow-ups. Training is provided; remote, part-time or full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without errors.
• Comfort with CRM tools, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip and close the sale.
• Resolve questions about payments, changes, upgrades, and add-ons promptly.
• Offer insider knowledge on hidden gems, photo spots, experiences, and deals.
• Manage pre-trip planning, payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups.
