Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries with a consultative, client-first approach.

You’ll design custom trips, compare options, close sales, and support clients from inquiry to final reservation, while sharing insider knowledge and timely deals.

The role is fully remote, based in the Netherlands, offering onboarding, coaching, and growth opportunities in travel sales.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and people skills for consultative selling.
• Ability to juggle quotes, itineraries and bookings without errors.
• Fast learner of new tools: CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages.
• Connect with clients to uncover preferences and close the sale.
• Resolve questions (payments, changes, add-ons) promptly and professionally.
• Share insider knowledge: local experiences and timely deals.
• Support clients from pre-trip planning through post-trip follow-up.
