No prior travel-industry experience is required; we provide training and mentorship to help you develop destination knowledge, booking skills, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist travelers in planning their vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel requirements, documentation, and destination details.
• Organize itineraries and coordinate different travel elements with tourism suppliers.
• Support travelers with updates, recommendations, and pre-travel preparation.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future travel experiences.
