Job summary

Xsens Technologies B.V. is seeking a proactive Recruiter to attract and hire top tech talent across engineering, product, and support teams. You will own the full journey from job profiling with hiring managers to final offers and onboarding handover.

You will regularly headhunt passive candidates, expand networks, and collaborate with external recruitment partners when needed, while also enhancing Xsens’ employer brand and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of tech recruitment experience, preferably in an international tech environment or agency.
• Proven headhunting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management with both internal and external parties.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and ATS.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for diverse vacancies from intake to onboarding.
• Actively headhunt passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach.
• Advise hiring managers on market insights, salary benchmarks and decisions.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and strengthen employer brand.
• Coordinate with external recruitment partners and evaluate performance.
