Xsens Technologies B.V. is seeking a proactive Recruiter to attract and hire top tech talent across engineering, product, and support teams. You will own the full journey from job profiling with hiring managers to final offers and onboarding handover.

You will regularly headhunt passive candidates, expand networks, and collaborate with external recruitment partners when needed, while also enhancing Xsens’ employer brand and candidate experience.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of tech recruitment experience, preferably in an international tech environment or agency.
• Proven headhunting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management with both internal and external parties.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and ATS.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.

Your role as Recruiter at Xsens

As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across our engineering, product, commercial and support teams. You will own the full journey: from sitting down with hiring managers to create a clear and compelling job profile, all the way to the signed contract.

As Xsens continues to grow and expand, we are regularly searching for talent in niche fields of expertise, often people who are not actively looking for a new job. That is where you make the difference. You will proactively source, approach and win over candidates at other companies, and when a search calls for extra reach, you will source, team up with and steer external recruitment partners.

You will also play a key role in further building the Xsens employer brand. You will help tell the story of what it is like to work here, through LinkedIn, our careers page and events with universities and the tech community. Along the way, you will keep improving our recruitment process and make sure every candidate has a great experience with Xsens, whether they join us or not.

You will be part of the HR team and report to the HR Manager, based at our office in Enschede, the Netherlands. This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week.

Key challenges:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of vacancies, from intake and job profiles to interviews, offers and onboarding handover
• Actively headhunting passive candidates at other companies through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and direct outreach
• Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market insights, salary benchmarks and selection decisions
• Building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future roles, and strengthening Xsens’ employer brand in the international talent market
• Working closely with and managing external recruitment partners, including sourcing, briefing, follow-up and evaluating their performance

Xsens is looking for a proactive Recruiter. Someone who thrives in an environment where initiative, persistence and an entrepreneurial approach to finding talent are highly appreciated. You have:

• At least 2- 3 years of (tech) recruitment experience, preferably gained in an international tech environment or recruitment agency.
• Proven experience in headhunting
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal as well as with external parties
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and an applicant tracking system
• Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience
