Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with a client to hire a Solutions Consultant, Digital Assets based in the Netherlands. The role focuses on helping financial institutions navigate digital asset regulations, working with banks, CASPs, custodians, and regulators across Europe.

You will translate regulatory and technical challenges into clearly scoped solutions, proposals, and actionable recommendations, influencing product development and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in client-facing consulting, solutions consulting, business development, compliance, risk, or regulatory roles.
• Experience with banks, CASPs, custodians, or other regulated financial institutions is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulatory compliance and related technology.
• Excellent written and presentation skills for senior stakeholder audiences.
• Ability to manage engagements from discovery to delivery with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Spend extensive time on-site with compliance, risk and regulatory teams across Europe.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand workflows, tech environments, and regulatory needs.
• Document client requirements clearly for product and commercial decisions.
• Translate client findings into input for product roadmaps and GTM strategy.
• Lead solution design and deliverables in client engagements and regulatory discussions.
• Present products to senior compliance, risk, regulatory, and executive audiences.
• Define proposals with scope, deliverables, timelines and outcomes.
• Lead advisory engagements including licensing-readiness and regulatory analyses.
• Represent the company at industry events and regulator meetings.
• Coordinate with international teams across Europe, North America and Asia.
