Job summary

Pavago is seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will drive organic traffic growth, improve search rankings, and generate qualified leads across Google Ads, paid social, content optimization, and automation tools.

You will own organic search performance, paid advertising, website optimization, and lead generation while exploring AI-powered optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in SEO, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Proven success improving organic rankings, website traffic, and qualified lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Experience managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization and lead generation funnels.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
• Perform technical SEO audits, addressing indexing, crawling, site architecture, page speed, and mobile performance.
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, URLs, and structured data.
• Execute ethical link-building strategies and monitor search algorithm updates.
• Optimize content for traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences (AEO/GEO).
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets to improve lead quality, CPL, and ROAS.
• Develop and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion funnels.
• Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
• Develop SEO-driven content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create and optimize website copy, blog articles, and landing pages.
• Manage website updates through WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to improve website performance.
• Monitor traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and campaign performance using GA4, Search Console, and GTM.
• Build performance dashboards and provide actionable marketing reports.
• Conduct A/B testing across landing pages, advertisements, and campaigns.
• Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and automated workflows.
• Work with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign.
• Improve lead tracking, marketing attribution, and sales handoffs.
• Maintain accurate campaign data and performance reporting.
