Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced program managers and PMO leads to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own enterprise program workstreams, including charters, logs, and executive reporting, while coordinating across cross-functional teams.

The role offers flexible hours (5-20 per week) with fully remote work and ASAP start. Candidates should bring 5+ years of program/PMO leadership and expert document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives.
• Direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop program charters and scope documents and maintain raid logs.
• Prepare steering committee status decks and milestone/ dependency tracking spreadsheets.
