Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Engineer to join our Application Support Team. You will manage a remote team of 8+ engineers delivering 24/7 support for Emerson Syncade and DeltaV within our manufacturing execution systems, collaborating with site leaders and global stakeholders to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering or related field.
4-6 years relevant experience in team lead/management application support.
Experience in providing technical support.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead a remote team of 8+ engineers providing 24/7 support for Emerson Syncade and DeltaV.
Triage and provide technical support to site requests focusing on Emerson Syncade and DeltaV.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of support services.
Identify opportunities for process improvements with Global Manager.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and represent site in planning meetings.
