Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Dutch Bilingual Experts to contribute to a global AI training project. You will evaluate AI-generated Dutch speech for nativeness, fluency, and quality, and provide detailed feedback to support language model improvement.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Dutch language expertise, English communication skills, and attention to detail are the key requirements for this remote contractor role.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch with strong spoken and written skills.
• English proficiency at least at B2 level with clear written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail in identifying language differences and errors.
• Ability to analyze pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and authenticity.
• Ability to follow project guidelines and evaluation criteria.
• Experience with remote, independent work and documentations.

Responsibilities

• Listen to short Dutch audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and quality.
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, and regional language variations.
• Identify errors and unnatural expressions in AI-generated Dutch speech.
• Provide clear, detailed written feedback on language nuances.
• Document findings using project tools and rubrics consistently.
• Apply established quality standards and collaborate with QA leads.
• Participate in project updates and respond to clarification requests.
• Complete evaluations accurately within project timelines.
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout submission.
