Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Security Engineer to own protection of our AI companionship platform. You will handle application security, risk & compliance, and security awareness as we scale. You will report to the Security Lead with clear priorities and ownership from day one.

Responsibilities cover code reviews, remediation, audits, GRC, security training, and monitoring. This role suits someone eager to shape security for a fast-growing, remote team building category-defining AI products.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in application security and vulnerability management.
• Experience coordinating or conducting security audits and penetration tests.
• Comfortable shipping code and working with Git/GitHub workflows.
• Scripting/automation skills.
• Bonus: familiarity with AI/LLM security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly code reviews to catch vulnerabilities before they ship.
• Coordinate external security audits and penetration tests and follow through on findings.
• Maintain and evolve our risk register and map services to prioritize exposure.
• Run phishing simulations and security training for the company.
