Job summary

Strada Inc. is seeking a Functional Consultant for SAP Payroll (Netherlands) to configure a SuccessFactors module within a Europe-wide, fully remote project.

You will lead or support SAP Payroll deployments, ensuring the solution fits client requirements and supports a successful go-live. You will run workshops, document configurations, manage data mapping, ensure data security, and support testing and integration, delivering high-quality work and fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR services delivery.
• Implementation of SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM Payroll products.
• End-to-end deployment experience in HCM Payroll.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Netherlands Payroll.
• Association Certification in Employee Central Payroll (desirable).
• Ability to lead customer meetings and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Support workshops as per methodology and capture decisions.
• Define and document configuration of SuccessFactors modules with business/technical balance.
• Ensure smooth transition to maintenance teams at project end.
• Support delivery to meet timelines and budgets.
• Organise data mapping with client and implementation teams.
• Ensure client data management responsibilities and data cleansing.
• Adhere to data security requirements of Strada and client.
