Job summary

Strada is seeking a Functional Consultant, SAP Payroll for Netherlands payroll deployments. The role is fully remote across Europe, focusing on configuring SuccessFactors modules and delivering high-quality payroll solutions for clients.

You will lead or support SAP Payroll projects, contribute to scoping, solution design, and estimation, and ensure successful deliveries in line with project methodologies. Strong domain knowledge and client-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering HR services and payroll outcomes.
• Hands-on SAP/SuccessFactors HCM Payroll implementations.
• Experience in end-to-end Employee Central or SAP HCM Payroll deployments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Netherlands payroll specifics.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Associate level for Employee Central Payroll (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP Payroll projects from design through go-live.
• Define configuration for SuccessFactors modules per client requirements.
• Support data migration, integrations, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales for scoping and solution estimation.
