Job summary

Sia is seeking a Process Analyst to understand, analyze, and design business processes at client sites, aligning with strategic pillars and client needs. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess current processes, identify gaps, and model new workflows to deliver measurable improvements.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, modeling processes with Adonis/flowcharts, implementing workflows, and monitoring results.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• You have completed your Master’s Degree.
• 0 to 2 years’ experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand, analyze, and design business processes that align with client needs and strategic pillars.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and opportunities.
• Involve in all phases from requirements gathering and process modeling to implementing workflows and monitoring results.
• Advise clients on best practices for process design and optimization; provide training and support to users.
