Job summary

Sia is seeking a Process Analyst to understand, analyze, and design business processes at client sites, aligning with strategic pillars and client needs. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess current processes, identify gaps, and model new workflows to deliver measurable improvements.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, modeling processes with Adonis/flowcharts, implementing workflows, and monitoring results.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• You have completed your Master’s Degree.
• 0 to 2 years’ experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to collaborate across teams.

What you’ll be doing at the client's site:

Understanding, analyzing, and designing business processes that align with our clients' needs and strategic pillars: these are your core responsibilities as our Process Analyst. In collaboration with our multidisciplinary team of consultants, you'll evaluate current processes, identify potential gaps, and identify opportunities. You'll be involved in all phases of the project, from gathering and validating requirements and process modeling to implementing new workflows and monitoring results. In addition:

• You'll work according to GRIPP principles, our in-house methodology for accurately and efficiently analyzing our clients' processes.
• You'll analyze and document existing business processes, including identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• You'll design streamlined and efficient workflows.
• You'll use process modeling tools and techniques to create visual representations of processes, such as Adonis, flowcharts, and process diagrams. Advise your clients on best practices for process design and optimization.
• Provide training and support to users.
