Qualifications

• Master's degree completed.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication mandatory; German is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills; client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Understand, analyze, and design business processes aligned with client needs and pillars.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and find improvement opportunities.
• Involve in all project phases: gather requirements, model processes, implement workflows, and monitor results.
• Advise clients on best practices for process design and optimization; provide training and user support.
