Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, hires a PPC Specialist to own day-to-day Google Ads across brand and non-brand Search, Performance Max and Shopping, with Meta campaigns in the mix. You’ll build structures and run the daily optimization loop on a large account, documenting AI-assisted workflows for scalable results.

Work from anywhere in the world, with an option to work from our Dubai office and visa/relocation support.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on Google Ads experience.
• At least 2 years hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience building Search, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns.
• Ability to design and justify campaign structures from scratch.
• Experience handling USD 500,000+/month spend.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with CRO and A/B testing principles.
• Experience using AI tools for research and execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Google Ads structures for brand and non-brand Search, Performance Max and Shopping.
• Run daily optimization loops and performance reviews with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate Meta campaigns and integrate AI-assisted workflows into campaigns.
