Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a NetSuite Administrator based in the Netherlands to maintain and enhance critical business systems across a distributed organization. You will work at the intersection of operations, engineering, and enterprise applications, translating requirements into reliable technical solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop designs, and ensure systems stay compliant and secure while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable CRM, ERP, or enterprise business systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and improve NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to business specifications, technical designs, implementation approaches, and code reviews.
• Build an understanding of business processes to improve systems supporting day-to-day operations.
• Help ensure applications remain reliable, secure, and compliant with processes and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering practices, workflows, system performance, and organizational processes.
• Promote high standards of engineering quality and encourage effective practices across the broader business systems environment.
• Work closely with operations and other technical teams to deliver user-friendly solutions for internal users.
• Depending on seniority, coach and mentor colleagues and provide feedback for career development.
• Continuously develop technical and business knowledge to improve systems and outcomes.
