Job summary

SystemsAccountants in Rotterdam is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant for a part-time engagement (3 days per week) to bridge business and IT ahead of go-live. You will align Finance, Supply Chain and Operations and act as the main business-side contact.

You’ll drive data migration, coordinate UAT, support SIT and testing across finance, procurement, CRM and 3PL integrations, and help refine process design and end-user readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven background across Finance and Supply Chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, testing and business change.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and bridge the gap between business and IT.
• Experience working with third-party logistics integrations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

We're supporting a global business on a major NetSuite implementation based in Rotterdam.

The client is looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant on a part-time basis (3 days) to act as the bridge between the business and the partner, ensuring strong alignment across finance, supply chain, and operations teams ahead of go-live.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the main business-side point of contact for the NetSuite programme
• Drive and support data migration activities (critical workstream)
• Coordinate and lead UAT preparation and execution
• Support SIT and testing activities across Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, CRM and 3PL integrations
• Help refine solution design and business processes
• Assist with end-user readiness, training support and adoption
• Provide support around Zone & Co solutions

Requirements:
