Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist based in the Netherlands to own high-impact Meta advertising campaigns for ecommerce/CPG brands. You will design, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns focused on performance and lead generation, with autonomy and close collaboration with creative teams.

The role requires 3–5+ years of Meta Ads experience, managing monthly budgets of approximately $10K–$50K+, strong data-driven decision making, and full-time availability aligned with EST

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of roughly $10K–$50K+ for ecommerce/CPG brands.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, targeting, segmentation and performance marketing.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work full-time aligned with EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns.
• Conduct audience and keyword research with the team to inform strategies and targeting.
• Monitor budgets, spend allocation, and performance across campaigns.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
• Prepare concise campaign performance reports when required.
• Collaborate with design to test and optimize creative assets via A/B testing.
• Support additional marketing and lead-generation initiatives as needed.
