Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Performance Marketer for dating products based in the Netherlands. You will drive performance marketing across international markets, owning paid acquisition on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other traffic sources.

This role blends campaign execution, funnel strategy, analytics, and ongoing optimization. You will work within a small, high-performing team, enjoy significant autonomy, and directly influence business results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Experience building and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
• Experience with analytics and tracking platforms (RedTrack, Voluum).

Responsibilities

• Drive paid acquisition for dating products across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other traffic sources.
• Plan, build, manage, and optimize campaigns based on clearly defined KPIs and objectives.
• Create advertising concepts and briefs for landing pages to support acquisition and conversion goals.
• Monitor performance and communicate insights and recommendations with data.
