Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Medical Insurance Credentialing Specialist based in the Netherlands to manage provider enrollment, credentialing, and claims operations in a remote setting. You will coordinate with payers, providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely reimbursements, and compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer policies.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong communication to resolve enrollment and billing

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate combines credentialing and billing experience with strong understanding of payer processes and healthcare compliance.
• You should be highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively with providers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of provider credentialing, enrollment, and claims management.
• Ensure billing activities meet payer requirements and reimbursement timelines.
• Coordinate with providers to obtain documentation, licenses, and signatures.
• Review and submit claims using EHR and billing systems, applying CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 codes.
• Monitor claim status, manage rejections, and coordinate adjustments.
• Post payments and reconcile accounts; investigate denials and file timely appeals.
• Maintain logs and prepare management reports on progress and compliance.
• Maintain HIPAA and CMS compliance across processes and records.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Serve as liaison between providers and payers to resolve enrollment discrepancies.
• Keep credentialing logs and expiration trackers; stay updated on payer changes.
