Job summary

CoAd seeks an Agency Account Manager (Insurance) to partner with Business Consultants, RBCs, and HR consultants to deliver CoAd Benefit Solutions in major accounts. You will lead renewals, enrollment meetings, and strategic analyses for health, dental, vision, life, and related products.

Responsibilities include preparing enrollment packets, presenting enrollment outcomes, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely submissions. Some travel is required, with remote options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum 3 years in a client-facing role within employee benefits
• Valid Health/Life state license (non-resident licenses in TX, FL, CA, GA and CO a plus) can be earned in first 90 days
• Ability to use AI tools effectively and integrate them into workflows with human oversight

Responsibilities

• Manage large BoB and smaller accounts (30–50 accounts) with scattered renewal dates
• Prepare enrollment packets and conduct employee enrollment meetings
• Develop and present strategic benefit and contribution analyses for clients
• Renewals preparation with alternate strategies and timely delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and carriers for renewals and new accounts
